Another One Bites

She forgot she had work today!

That’s the problem with vacation:
People leave and return awry
With distracting idea-germs
That may quicken and sicken
The strongest of them until

(un-
able to let go) they fade to

Alternative existences
Where they pose, perform, parade and
Pontificate pretending to
Be creators of order, truth
And beauty as if God asked them
Personally

to deliver
a vital message.

But I know routine will likely
provide greater satisfaction.

(Ha!)

Love idea-germs... routines really do wipe them out.

This is a great mental wander...we all become a bit lost without some routine I guess

Well, I suppose that is a problem with vacation...but then again I wouldn't give up a vacation no matter what!
